Refund and Guarantee Policy

At Mont-Royal Digital, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and measurable results. We understand that investing in marketing services is a significant decision, and we want to make it as risk-free as possible for our clients.

1. Scope of Guarantee


This Refund and Guarantee Policy applies to all services provided by Mont-Royal Digital, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Our commitment is to deliver the specific outcomes agreed upon in the signed proposal, contract, or service agreement.

2. Results Guarantee


If, after fulfilling all agreed-upon client responsibilities and providing all necessary materials, access, and approvals, the services we deliver do not achieve the results explicitly stated in your agreement within the defined timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that specific service.

3. Conditions for Eligibility


To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • All client obligations outlined in the agreement have been met in full, including providing timely information, approvals, and feedback.

  • The client has not engaged in actions that would undermine or materially impact the agreed-upon strategy or deliverables.

  • A written refund request is submitted within 30 days of the project completion date or agreed results deadline.

4. Refund Process


Upon receipt of your request, our team will conduct a review to verify whether all eligibility conditions have been met and whether the agreed results were not achieved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exclusions


This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Services delivered on a trial, pro bono, or heavily discounted basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Outcomes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in third-party platform policies, unforeseen market events, or force majeure circumstances.

  • Situations where the client has altered, discontinued, or interfered with the agreed strategy before the completion of the service period.

6. Compliance with Applicable Law


This policy operates in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, which may grant you additional entitlements that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude such statutory rights.
